  1. I noticed this too with Nipsey, Tee Grizzley, YG, I've noticed he overtalks his guests. Like, this shit is really all about Gary, but at the same time, it's not about Gary at all, because he just facilitates ideas and conversations in manners I think is so organically real that is just resonates different. While true, he could let his guests speak more, it's a breath of fresh air seeing them in this totally unique situation. I mean how many times can a person tell their story? That's not the point here. The point here is to have these life challengers sit and ram brains together. It's the very attitude and approach that makes the show, that makes the man. As someone who shares a lot of similarity with him, I both learn more about having the nuts to say fuck that and challenge to the point of overtalking, and I learn the grace and importance of shutting the fuck up and soaking info. Which I feel Gary does a great job at. When he's intrigued he just shoots. ET did a great job balancing the two here and is, in my opinion, the better educator and communicator of the two. But its just something about Gary doing Gary that's so necessary. Never change Gary. I know you won't. Lol.

  2. Gary you need to understand that Eric is a legend in this industry. When you invite him, allow him to speak to us. Listen, Listen Listen.

You speak a lot yet you should have listened to him. I personally listen to you because of getting information but it comes to inspiring people. Those guys are far away from you.

    Listen #Gary

  3. I'm a big fan of gary vee but Jesus christ. I hope he has ET back on the show again and lets him actually speak. Seems as if he had something better to do and was trying to get this done. ET is a patient man.

  4. Man in this video you really see how Gary loves ET and he knows ET is made of the same stuff like Gary is. He even accepted that he interrupts people too much haha! Love the competition aspect of this video too hahahaha

  5. I definitely fall under the disadvantage. I grew up in a family that provided me with everything I needed and more. My motivation has been to be someone who know matter what still grinds and hustles. I specifically told my parents to not pass me down any money. I'm turning 20 at the end of this month and I'm about to be self employed running my own business for the first time ever full time.
