  1. This video took so much pressure of my shoulders… oh my god.

Because i want to be rapper and so i always try to push and push myself to write more and better songs, but it dont happen, i reached for the most of the time only the opposite. I knew it was because of my too high expectations, but this i really got fed up and typed in “gary vee expectations“ because i liked and i wanted to have the mindset like gary about expectations, so i saw this video and as he said, she should stop to judge or beat herself up about anything untill she is 25, i felt it so hard and found my answer, because im 16 and this video just went right in my body and relieved a part of me. Thank you Gary, love you ❤

  2. Thanks for the advice, what the girl is feeling is exactly what I am feeling now. I am 25 and is feeling the pressure especially at this era where things are getting so fast paced and we are faced with data explosion. So things can be overwhelming and you can easily lose yourself. Be patient and learning one thing at a time is one of the best and timely advice you give. I learned the hard way of being impatient as I felt the pressure to "catch up" and tried to learn everything fast, but in the end my mind is all over the place and I felt I accomplished nothing after a long time. So now I slowed down, my mind is clearer and I am starting to learn things one at a time, and it works well for me.

  3. It's kind of ironic, i think. That she asked the question she knew the answer already. "I know, i know", "yeah exactly. i know".
It is so inevitable, that we somehow ask for more assurance of our own answer before we can execute it.
    Lessons learned.

  4. Really good advice to take some steam out the engine. I am a big planner and attacker when it comes to what I want to do buy when you are unsure about what to do, the best thing to do is stop trying to figure it out so damn hard. Eventually you'll gravitate towards what it is you will enjoy spending the most time on.

  5. Her struggle is my struggle. And hearing that Gary didn’t have it figured out in his 20s really inspired me that it’s okay to just learn right now. Honestly, I am so happy that she is being mentored by someone so amazing. He really made me feel calm, and okay about life.

  6. Perfect advice. I needed that. I am 23 and started an etsy business and want to start a supplement online store on Amazon and a lot of other things and Youtube and IG and I have sooo many plans and there is no day left where I don't have anything to do and I am doing my masters in Neuroscience but it's all too much and I feel tired and pressured to see results, but it's good to hear that I have time. The time passes so quickly because every day is an adventure and I can't wait to see results but the most beautiful thing is that it is a journey and I am meeting people with the same interests as me and the past 2 months things in my life happened that I didn't experience for at least 3 years. Those 3 years were stagnation and isolation and now everything turns and I am challenged and awakened, scary things happen and things that make me cry but it's good, because I am alive and can see hehe beauty of being alive.
